This is one of the free digos that I posted today. I love this little teddy bear. The smile sentiment is from K Andrew's Food for Thought stamp set.

I used the Simply Charmed Cricut cartridge for this card. I drew the face on the pie. The stamp sentiment is from K Andrew. The inside says, "easy as pie." I got some bakers twine at an awesome price from Simon Says Stamp on Ebay. I am super happy with their product. It is much less expensive than The Twinery and is basically the same kind of product from Hemptique.

I thought I'd change it up a bit for this months ScrapHappy Paper Crafter Challenge.

I love to do Card Positioning System challenges and I actually have a number of CPS sketches that I have made HERE.  Choose one of any of my CPS sketches and one of any of my free digis to create your card.  Submit a picture of it to InLinkz below before midnight on April 30th to be in the drawing to win a ScrapHappy paper crafter RCK pack and a digi drawn with the theme of your choice.

You may enter up to five projects in the challenge throughout the month.

I only ship the RCK pack to a USA resident due to shipping costs.

Card Setiments by Julie McElhinney

If all it took was a needle and glue
After a couple stitches you'd be brand new,
But it's not THAT easy so hold on tight
It's a bumpy ride but you'll be alright.

I used the Lunch Box Thoughts stamp set from K Andrew on this card.

I used one of the My Pink Stamper punilicious stamp sets on this card.

Another favorite. I used the Fashionable Friends stamp set from K Andrew on this one.

Ok so I've done one with this owl before, but I just had to do another because I just love him.

I'm sure that this card will make a sick child smile.

Used another stamp from Mary at CardzTV on this card. Really love this digi!

You may get a bit overwhelmed with cards. Here are 7 more that I finished with my digis. I used a stamp from Mary at CardzTV on this one.

I let the digi just speak for itself on this one and kept the rest of the card pretty plain. Sometimes I like this nice clean look. There are Stickles on the steam above the coffee, which looks pretty cool.

There are Stickles on the necklace that look awesome sin person, but hard to see on camera. My little red hat baby. I used the Fashionable Friends stamp set from K Andrew on this one. The sentiment is just perfect!

Still thinking that this would make a great anniversary card.

I used one of Mary's stamps from CardzTV on this one. There are Stickles on the flower petals that didn't show up very good in the picture.

I was all proud of this pun when I drew this one in the hospital. I was like, "I'm soooo funny!"

Gotta love the cowboy stuff! Love the font that I used too, don't ask me what it's called though. :-)

I got 10 cards done with digis that I've been coloring. I love drawing my own digis and watching the card come to life. :-)

Free Digis For Wednesday

The month will be over soon, so hopefully you've gotten a chance to check out this months challenge, if not you can find it HERE.  I would love to see what you make with all of my free digis.

It's nice to be home from the hospital.  I'm definitely not 100% and I suppose I won't be for awhile, but I'm glad to be back around my own things and away from the screaming neighbor that I had all week.  I will definitely sleep better at home.

Let me know what you think of this weeks digis. I have a nice stock pile so there will be posts for the rest of the week now.

I found this awesome red feather hat for my daughter.  She is the little "Red Hat Baby."

Yay...home from the hospital! Just happy that I got to make one card. Still feeling pretty rough but I know it will just take some time to get this pneumonia out of me.

On the plus side

Still in the hospital, but on the plus side I've drawn some really cute pictures. Took a picture of one of my favorites. They will end up as digis on here eventually.

Ordered a new Cricut Cartridge

I did get to order the County Fair Cricut cartridge on ebay while I was laying here in my hospital bed. I snagged it for $31 on ebay, which seems pretty good to me with free shipping. My dad grew up in South Dakota and my family loves everything cowboy, so I love all the images on this cartridge. I am really looking forward to using it!

Hello Crafters

I miss my craft table. I miss my family too, but when I'm sick it's nice to get your mind off of it somehow. When you're stuck in the hospital that is hard to do. Note to self ' keep sketch pad with you at all time.'

Well,  I am super excited about getting a couple new K Andrew stamp sets, but with 102* fever I might not get to play with them this evening. Off to bed I go. Have a good weekend.

This is me today

I drew this digi awhile back, but this is a great representation of me today.  I have chills, can hardly talk, and am breaking out in a cold sweat.  Still working today, but I have the weekend off to get better.  Sitting here at my desk with my blanket on and a big jug of water.  Thinking of stopping down to the cafe later in search of some soup.  Thank God I have an excellent husband to help me out because I've gone to bed at 8pm the last two nights.
